Bright Pink Tube Bead & Chain Necklace

Materials:Tools:
8 crackle tube glass beadTwirly Wirlie Pliers
9 8mm round faceted glass crystal beadsCrimping Pliers
1 parrot claspWire Cutters
36 jump rings
17 eye pins
18 plain metal beads
16 small star bead caps
150cm small hammered oval chain
note: quantities in indicated make a 'standard' necklace
(our necklace is approx 45cm). Our necklace
was made with silver coloured findings and pink beads.

Pick up an eye pin and thread on:
- a plain metal bead
- an 8mm round faceted glass crystal
- a plain metal bead

Leaving a space of 10mm, cut the excess off the eye pin. Twirl the end using your twirly wirlies. Repeat the process another 8 times, until you have used all of the glass crystal beads (we'll call this link A). Put aside.

Pick up another eye pin and thread on:
- a small star bead cap
- a crackle tube glass bead
- a small star bead cap

Leaving a space of 10mm, cut the excess off the eye pin. Twirl the end using your twirly wirlies. Repeat the process another 7 times, until you have used all of the tube beads (we'll call this link B). Put aside.

Pick up the length of chain. Open up one of the jump rings, and attach to the very first loop in the chain, close securely. Open up another jump ring, and attach to the 15th loop after the previous jump ring, close securely. Open up another jump ring and attach to the 18th loop after the previous jump ring, close securely. Open up another jump ring, and attach to the 15th loop after the previous jump ring, close securely. Repeat this process, alternating between the 15th and 18th loops, until you have used 18 of your jump rings. Cut off any excess chain.

Open up another jump ring, and whilst it is open, thread on one of the link A's made earlier. Also thread on the very first jump ring in the length of chain. Close securely. Open another jump ring and thread on:
- the other end of the link A
- the next jump ring in the length of chain
- one of the link B's

Close the jump ring, and repeat this process, alternating between link A's and link B's. Repeat until you have used up all of the jump rings.

The very last jump ring should only have a link A and the last jump ring from the length of chain attached. Open it up again, and whilst it is open, thread on the parrot clasp. Close securely. Your necklace is now ready to wear!
