Jump rings are used to attach parrot
clasps on the back of necklaces.
They can also be used to make small
chains so that necklaces are
adjustable. Three types are available:
Strong jump rings (perfect for when
you have heavy beads, you will need
2 pairs of pliers to get them open),
small jump rings and small double
jump rings (work similar to a keyring,
you will need to 'wind' them onto
each other).
