Purple Chandelier Earrings

Materials:Tools:
2 x 30cm tigertailTwirly Wirlie Pliers
28 head pinsWire Cutters
6 eye pinsCrimping Pliers
2 ear wires
4 small crimps
2 x 36 links of tiny twisted loop chain (approx 14.2cm)
2 strong jump rings
14 AB 6mm bicone glass crystals
42 4mm bicone glass crystals
8 8mm round faceted glass crystals

Take a head pin. Thread on a 4mm bicone glass crystal. Leaving a space of 10mm, cut the excess off the head pin. Twirl the end using your twirly wirlies. Repeat 13 times more times.

Take an eye pin. Thread on an AB 6mm bicone glass crystal. Leaving a space of 10mm, cut the excess off the eye pin. Twirl the end using your twirly wirlies. Repeat 2 more times.

Take an eye pin. Thread on a 4mm bicone glass crystal. Leaving a space of 10mm, cut the excess off the eye pin. Twirl the end using your twirly wirlies.

Pick up one of the pieces of petite twisted loop chain. Cut off:

- a set of 9 links
- 2 sets of 7 links
- 2 sets of 3 links
- 2 sets of 2 links
- 3 sets of 1 link

Pick up the set of 9 links. Attach one of the head pins with 4mm bicone glass crystals to the 2nd, 4th, 6th and 8th link in the chain. Repeat to make the second earring. Label this CH1.

Pick up one of the sets of 7 links. Attach one of the head pins with 4mm bicone glass crystals to the middle link in the chain. Repeat with the other set of 7 links. Label these CH2 & CH6.

Pick up one of the sets of 3 links. Attach one of the eye pins with 6mm AB bicone crystals to the first link in the chain. One the other side of the eye pin, attach one of the sets of 1 link. Open up that one link, thread on two of the head pins with 4mm bicone glass crystals and close. Repeat with the other set of 3 links (attach the eye pin, followed by the 1 link, followed by the two head pins). Label these CH3 & CH5.

Pick up the last of the sets of 1 link. Open up the link and attach the eye pin with the 4mm bicone glass crystal. On the other end of the eye pin attach the last eye pin with 6mm AB bicone glass crystal. One the other end of the second eye pin, attach both sets of 2 links. On the bottom of each of the sets of 2 links attach one of the head pins with the 4mm bicone glass crystals. Label this CH4.

Pick up the jump ring. Open it slightly, thread onto an ear wire and close securely (you will need two sets of pliers to do this, your crimping pliers and twirly wirlies will be fine). Take your piece of tigertail and thread on a small crimp. Thread the tigertail through the jump ring and back through the crimp. Squash the crimp down and cut off any excess tigertail. Now you are reading to put your earring together. Thread on:

- a 4mm bicone glass crystal
- an AB 6mm bicone glass crystal
- the end link of CH1
- a 8mm round faceted glass crystal
- a 4mm bicone glass crystal
- an AB 6mm bicone glass crystal
- the middle link of CH2
- a 8mm round faceted glass crystal
- the end link of CH3
- a 4mm bicone glass crystal
- the end link of CH4
- a 4mm bicone glass crystal
- the end link of CH5
- a 8mm round faceted glass crystal
- the middle link of CH6
- an AB 6mm bicone glass crystal
- a 4mm bicone glass crystal
- a 8mm round faceted glass crystal
- the other end link of CH1
- an AB 6mm bicone glass crystal
- a 4mm bicone glass crystal
- a small crimp (don't squish down yet)

Thread the end of the tigertail back through the original jump ring and then back through the small crimp. Squash the crimp down and cut off any excess tigertail. This completes earring 1! Repeat to make second earring.
