Postage and handling is calculated at checkout. All of our postage options are based on weight and are sent through Australia Post (or their affiliate, Express Courier International).
For an estimate on postage as you're shopping, once you have products in your cart, simply click on 'cart contents' (top right-hand corner) and scroll down the screen until you reach the 'postage estimate'. Choose your country, enter your postcode (if applicable) and click 'update' to receive an estimate on the postage options available to your country.
Within Australia
For our Australian customers, we offer 3 different postage options. Note that some products incur an individual postage fee - this fee is displayed on the detailed product page. This fee is added to any postage fees that occur for other items in your order. If possible, we will combine postage when processing - any savings will be passed onto you in the form of store credit. Postage options available for our Australian customers:
Pickup from Our Toomuc Valley Store
Local customers can now choose to pick up their order from our Toomuc Valley store and save postage costs. When your order is ready to be picked up, we will email you to let you know - please note that although this normally takes only a few hours, during busy periods it can take up to 48 hours. Photo ID of the person who paid for the order must be shown at time of pickup unless prior arrangements have been made. If the order has not been picked up within 7 days, the order will be cancelled and your money will be refunded minus a 25% restocking fee. Our shop is open 10am-5pm, 7 days a week. Please see our Toomuc Valley page for more information on how to get here. This option is not available during peak periods, e.g. sale times.
Please note that because all orders are packed at our Toomuc Valley Store, pickup is not available from our Cheltenham Store.

International OrdersFor international orders, Eureka! Beads only posts via insured mail. Postage is automatically calculated at checkout - however, we always check it manually before charging your credit card, to ensure you're not being overcharged (we only charge what Australia Post charges us). At this stage, we only post to the following countries:
- Australia (as per above)
- Bahrain (via ECI)
- Canada (via ECI)
- Ireland (via AusPost Airmail or ECI)
- Malta (via ECI)
- Mauritius (via AusPost Airmail or ECI)
- New Zealand (via AusPost Airmail or ECI)
- United States of America (via AusPost Airmail or ECI)
- United Kingdom (via AusPost Airmail or ECI)
If your country isn't on this list, please contact us us before completing your order, so we can discuss postage options.
AusPost AirmailAustralia Post International Airmail is only selectable if insured post is available to your country. Packages sent via AusPost Airmail can expect to arrive in your country 3-10 working days after your order has been sent. Please refer to the 'postage estimator' for an accurate estimate on the postage costs to your country.
Express Courier InternationalPackages sent via Express Courier International (ECI) can expect to arrive in your country 2-6 working days after your order has been sent. Please refer to the 'postage estimator' for an accurate estimate on the postage costs to your country.
You will be given the option of Australia Post Airmail (if applicable) or Express Courier International at checkout. Postage is automatically calculated at checkout - however, we always check it manually before charging your credit card, to ensure you're not being overcharged (we only charge what Australia Post charges us).
Although rarely applicable, international customers should note that they are responsible for any customs charges. Please consult your country's customs information for more details.
